Returns & Exchanges

Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Simply let us know straightaway via email if you would like a different size or a refund and we will make arrangements to collect from your home, work or an alternative address.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused with all tags and labels still intact and attached to the pieces. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Items must be returned from the country to which they were delivered to avoid any additional costs. We will advise returns via our specific instructions for insurance purposes. We will not accept any liability for returns sent in any other manner.

For items within the UK exchanges will be free of any charges.

For items shipped overseas return shipments will need to be paid for by the client. Exchanges will be free of any charges.

To exchange your purchases if you are based outside the EU, taxes and duties will be applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

Damaged Pieces (or pieces with any sign of having been worn)

Please note that items that are damaged from ordinary wear and tear, by accident or misuse will not be accepted as being faulty and such returns will not be accepted.

Items received faulty can be returned within 7 days.
